The Southern Oregon Railway Historical Society (SORail) was founded in 1976.  We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of the railroad history of Southern Oregon and adjacent Northern California.

It is the long term goal of SORail to develop a regional railroad heritage park that includes an operating tourist railway using locomotives and other equipment originally used in this region.

MEMBERSHIPS

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP:
Any adult over the age of 18 years.

STUDENT MEMBERSHIP:
A discounted annual membership is available to students 13 to 24 years of age (on January 1).  A parent or legal guardian’s signature is required if under 18 years of age.

YOUTH MEMBERSHIP:
A discounted annual membership is available to individuals 5 to 12 years of age (on January 1).  A parent or legal guardian’s signature is required.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP:
An optional Family Membership is available for a family member who resides in the same household as the regular member.

NRHS MEMBERSHIP:
If you wish to also join the National Railway Historical Society (NRHS) go to nrhs.com.
